My name is Claire Kjeld and I am a Registered Dietitian working as Wellness Dietitian at MultiCare Center For Healthy Living. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition at Iowa State University, while on a golf scholarship, and Masters degree in Nutrition at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon. I am a certified Dietitian in Adult Weight Management and love to help others with weight loss, maintenance, and overall healthy living. I am the Tacoma based Dietitian for Pierce County’s Biggest Winner and Biggest Winner Series weight loss competitions. I am also the lead Dietitian for Pierce County Families Get Fit Program based at the YMCA. I am currently working towards becoming a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). I love to garden, cook, golf, bike, hike, and travel!
